We kicked out the Twin Salamander Fist charm because it was such a horrible speed-bump charm. We just haven't decided what it should become. The prerequisite charm for this one is explicitly not Changes and their reasons because Evertred wants that charm to become the prerequisite for Azure Abacus Meditation.
