Prerequisite Charms: Changes and their reasons
The justice delivered by the Righteous Devil is inescapable even though his opponent may not know it. When activating this charm the Righteous Devil calls out an opponent within (Essence x 10) yards. The target needs to spend one Willpower for each action it wishes to make other then directly confronting the Righteous Devil. This effect ends when the target has spent one action in combat with the Righteous Devil. As a side effect all extras will flee the scene clearing the stage for this destined battle. This effect lasts one Scene.
Changes and their reasons
This is basically the effect of the previous Form Charm. While the charm is fun and completely within the spirit of the Righteous Devil it is not a Form Charm. As such we made it into a completely new charm.
