When punishing the guilty the Righteous Devil needs to be both swift and precise. With this charm activated a Righteous Devil can dual-wield Flame pieces and fire both at the same time. When doing so he can fire both weapons at the same opponent at his full Dexterity + Martial Arts. Also the Righteous Devil will not risk harming anyone or anything beyond it's intended target.
Changes and their reasons
The former From-charm of this style was not useful in most combat situations. Actually the only time it would be useful if when the opponent was trying to run, which would be when the combat was over. thus we decided to turn it into something else. The original charm was turned into a new charm for the list, the way it should be.
