When fighting alongside a Solar tactician, one can find himself in a heightened awareness of the battle around him, and how his allies are faring. A Solar activating this charm includes links the minds of his allies so that they become aware of everything any one of the others is aware off. The first benefit is obvious; as long as one ally notices an attack, none of the others can be surprised by it. Note that this only benefits unexpected attacks that can be prevented with a successful awareness roll.
There are other benefits from this charm though. Everybody under the effect of this charm can use Silent Words of Battle more freely. As long as they possess the charm, they can use it without activation cost, and without it counting as a charm use, as long as the targets are those under the effect of Unity of the Mighty.
Furthermore, any ally close enough may attempt to parry an attack on one of his allies, or may even choose to step in front of the attack. Even if more than one person attempts to parry an attack, only the highest PDV is applied. If the attack is not parried successfully, the original target is hit, or the ally who stepped in front of the attack if he chooses to take the entire blow.
