Background
An Immaculate Dragonblooded. Stern but just. Made up a camp with his soldiers on the volcano to investigate what had happened to night before. Almost caught the PC's when they summoned A world of greater learning as Anathema when they fought the infernal. By not flaring and a good story he let the PC's go. When he saw the body of the infernal he came to other conclusions, but the PC's where gone by then.
He is pretty old and it seems like he's got two elements, water and fire. He has got a high breeding.
Encountered the PC's again when they found a "washed-ashore dragonblood". The PC's concluded he had the great contagion and consulted the Immaculate. Because this was more important for both parties they made a temporary peace.
Last seen bringing the "washed-ashore dragonblood" to a safe town. After concluding the great contagion wasn't contagious any more.
