In 1st edition was er nog geen MDV dus had de charm een valor roll. Voor een 2nd edition versie leek me een presence+charisma roll vs dodge MDV meer geschikt.

Cost: 4m Mins: presence 3, Essence 2; Type: Simple<br /> Keywords: Combo-OK, Compulsion, Obvious<br /> Duration: One scene or special<br /> Prerequisite Charms: Presence excellency When the character usese this CHarm, she impresses a single target with the overwhelming power of her commanding nature.<br /> The attacker makes a charisma+presence roll against the targets dodge MDV. If he succeeds the target is frozen in place, unable to move for the next scene.<br /> The target can pay 3 willpowerr to ignore this effect for the scene.<br /> The paralysis is emotional rather then physical, but cannot be broken as long as the attacking character continues to gaze intently at the target.<br /> The target can spend 1 willpower to ignore the effect of this charm if someone harms him or intents to harm him.<br /> While keeping eye contact the character can be no more then 5 yards away from the target. She can not move faster then walk or perform any complex or difficult actions.<br /> If the character ceases to gaze at the target, the paralysis continues for the next 3 actions of the target, but the target automatically breaks free if anyone harms or tries to harm him. <br /> The charm has no effect on targets whose essence is higher then the casting character's.
