Naomi is an NPC in the Curse of the Blessed Isle
Background
Not much is known about the background of Naomi. She is apparently from Nexus since her servants seem to be from that region judged by observation. What is known is that she is most likely the reincarnation of Daedalus, a former member of the Conclave. Apparently they had a bad past, and this is still driving Naomi into fighting them with all the might she's got.
Appearance
Naomi is a tall and attractive woman. From her looks you wouldn't easily tell she's a warrior, but as it goes with many of the Exalted she's got a lot more in her than one would think. She has a slightly brown skin, and her flaming red hair is what most likely gave her the nickname Scarlet Naomi.
Personality
Naomi is driven by an extreme sense of justice, which sometimes have a tendency of slipping into very militant ideas. She is also a very determined young woman and it seems difficult to have her stray from her path. While her goals are definitely not evil, it seems impossible to have her even remotely working together with people from the Conclave, ever.
Known powers
Solar training: Naomi is able to train her men into Tiger Warriors, that much is clear. She commands a small army, most likely even smaller than the one of the circle, but at least a small group of them are trained like expert specialist units, also outfitted in some of the best armor for mortals that can be found in Creation.
Tactician: Naomi seems to be a talented tactician, who is prepared to play on the field together with Background and Background.
Resources
Military equipment: Naomi has access to some really strong equipment. It is unknown where she gets her equipment from, but she has a small unit of mortals completely outfitted with First Age Gunzosha armor, which belonged to a First Age incarnation of Yanus Obsidian.
Military units: Naomi has access to a special operations military unit, who are probably amongst the best of soldiers in Creation as of this moment. Since they are also trained by Solar Training charms, they are even more dangerous than a normal soldier in special armor. Additionally, Naomi has an unknown number of former bandits trained into soldiers, but they should be no better than an average military unit as of this moment.
Spies: Naomi has spies planted in the area. She seems to be perfectly informed about the movements of the Conclave, and she probably has some spies planted in other convenient locations as well. These spies greatly help her making plans in her war against the Conclave
