Cynis Shou
Makeup
The Legion of the Laughing Whore has a somewhat unusual make-up. Cynis Shou is determined to maintain a higher amount of Auxiliary units than most legions, which supplements his out-of-the-box way of making strategies perfectly. This legion has about 4000 infantry units, but maintains 3500 auxiliary units. Like in any legion, another 1000 men are involved with the legion having jobs other than being soldiers. There include armorers, fletchers, smiths, cooks, drovers, slaves and other such forms of support.

Strategies
Cynis Shou has practically no standard strategy, and often only prepares half the fight in advance. He makes a lot of strategies on the fly, and he's very good at that as well. He likes using cavalry to outflank his foes, and likes to feather his opponents where possible. He would have preferred to have more archers as opposed to slingers, but slingers are a lot easier to train and even the Realm doesn't have enough trained archers to keep their legions full with them. He often uses skirmishers and slingers for making surprise attacks on their enemies. But it is not as if his infantry never see any action. On the contrary, they are often part of his elaborate plans. More than once has he driven opponents against a wall of pikes and shields piece by piece. This all results in a generally lighter legion though, and therefore Shou prefers offensive tactics rather than keeping positions. He works well together with Kazuko for that reason, because they can split tactics according to their strengths.
