Rowan is a tall blonde woman in her thirties. Like Jayden she usually dresses in a suit, at least on official business.

Rowan is rumoured to be from Atlantis, a place either mythical or long gone from the world.

• When investigating the black arch Rowan helps the heroes smuggle Samantha out of the spirit world.
• After the fight with Wild Bill she and Jayden reveal their intentions of removing the heroes' powers.

Rowan seems to be a skilled mage with some focus on keeping control of her surroundings.
