Kade is a powerful cyborg who used to be the test subject for a powerful cyborg weapon being developed in Transient; a proper mounted railgun. He was killed there when the heroes tried to uncover this weapon, but he rose again as a harrowed.

Later, Kade assisted Wild Bill in trying to kill the heroes to make Harrowed of them.
