Bjorn comes from a barbarian tribe in the north east. Unlike other tribes they were more civilized as the traded and had good contact with a neighboring tribes. Bjorn is the second son of the chief Erik. One day when they came back from a hunting parting their village was in dismay another strange tribe had stolen their holy shield. Quickly they departed and hunted the enemy. After two day they found a strange group. They attack and the fight was furious. The strangers were very strong and numerous people died. Right before Bjorn eyes he saw that his farther was slain. He retaliated with all his might and this might grey stronger as golden light was shinning from him. With his new found strength he quickly managed to defeat the enemy. The victory was not as glorious as expected and sadness overcame them. Not only had their chief die, but this was another group as they had the holy artifact of their neighbors. They returned to their village and grieved for the fallen. Bjorn brothers became the new chief. The village druid had good talk with the gods and Bjorn was send on the quest to retrieve their artifact. With his farther horse he departed on the long journey.

Bjorn found some settlements of the tribe and became somewhat familiar with their habits. They liked stealing, killing and sacrificing people. They were very unfriendly as they always seemed to attack him when he walked in to ask some questions. After defeating them he was able to ask some question, but they sometimes lied. Then he came back and asked “more friendly” after which they told the truth.

After a while traveling he found a strange dojo in the middle of nowhere. As it was late he looked if he could spend the night there. The sifu Lentebuitje heard his story and she told him that before he could continue his journey he had to become stronger. After a quick demonstration of her martial arts where she showed Bjorn all the corners of the room he understood that she was correct. So he became her apprentice and trained hard to master the tiger style martial arts.
