Changes and their reasons

The first change to this charm is the addition of the “Combo-OK” keyword. Without it we felt that this charm was absolutely useless simply because there will always be better charms to use then this one.

The second change was the removal of the Martial Arts test to see if the charm actually worked. We felt that is was to much trouble and wanted to keep the charm simple. Also an effect like this shouldn't have a chance of failure.
