Kade is a powerful cyborg who used to be the test subject for a powerful cyborg weapon being developed in Transient; a proper mounted railgun. He was killed there when the heroes tried to uncover this weapon, but he rose again as a [[harrowed]].

Later, Kade assisted [[Wild Bill]] in trying to kill the heroes to make [[Harrowed]] of them.
